The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) released the Class 12 board exam results for 2025 on May 22 at 5 PM, covering Arts, Science, and Commerce streams. Commerce students topped with a 99.07% pass rate, followed by Arts at 97.70% and Science at 94.43%. Over 8 lakh students took the exams, held between March 6 and April 9, 2025. A major issue arose when the Class 12 Business Studies exam was canceled due to a repeated question paper from the previous year, impacting about 30,000 Commerce students. The exam was rescheduled, and an investigation was launched.
The Class 10 results are expected by May 30, 2025, with over 11 lakh students awaiting outcomes. Last year’s Class 10 pass rate was 93.03%, with girls slightly ahead of boys. The Class 8 results, announced on May 26, 2025, showed a 96.66% pass rate, up from 95.72% in 2024, with girls outperforming boys. Class 5 results are likely to be out by early June 2025.
Students can access results on official websites like rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in or rajresults.nic.in using their roll numbers, or via DigiLocker and SMS. Those unhappy with their Class 12 marks can apply for re-evaluation soon after the results, and supplementary exams for students failing one or two subjects are set for August 2025. Provisional mark sheets are available online, with original copies distributed through schools.
